Growing up in Grand Junction and graduating from Fruita Monument High School has established my broad database, as well as my local area knowledge. As many "locals" do, I moved to the front range in 2001 where I obtained my real estate license in 2003 and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where I specialized in residential resale. In 2005 I joined the residential sales team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Denver, CO as Marketing and Sales Manager where I oversaw the sales and marketing efforts on the new $350M 45 story high-rise from groundbreaking through completion. Following the completion of Four Seasons in 2010 I moved back "home" to Western Colorado. Shortly thereafter, in October 2011, I married Michael Maves of Maves Construction. With my background in real estate sales and knowledge of the Grand Valley I am confident in being able to help you find your dream home. In June 2013 we begin a new journey as The Maves Group. Our experience and industry expertise speaks for itself. Marketing is my passion. One thing I love is the challenge of coming up with innovative ways to market my clients' homes. I first jumped into the real estate industry nine years ago as an assistant to one of the top producing real estate agents in the valley. It was this experience that ignited my passion for real estate and was the driving force behind becoming an agent.
I am the proud mom of three boys Matthew 10, Caleb 8 and Logan 6, and a local girl, graduating from Fruita Monument High School (GO WILDCATS!) and Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University). Pairing my real estate license with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and 8 years in the customer service industry gives me a cutting edge in the real estate market.
It is the combination of my passion, experience and knowledge that gives my clients a transaction that is as seamless as possible. My goal is to make my client's role simple, always staying one step ahead. I have award-winning customer service skills and strive for innovation and creativity in each transaction. Knowing that the real estate industry is ever-evolving, I am always thinking outside of the box.

I am proudly a fifth-generation Grand Valley native with roots in Crested Butte as well. I feel so fortunate to have been born and raised here, where I'm blessed with an abundance of outdoor recreation and the comfort of a tight-knit community.
My previous work in restaurant management has allowed me to build invaluable relationships with the people in our community. Giving our patrons anything less than consistently stellar service was unacceptable to me, and I worked hard to earn the repeat business of many regular guests over the last eight years.
I was raised on the importance of honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness, and pride myself on being extremely dependable and professional. I live and breathe by these values and look forward to building more long-lasting relationships with new and past clients!

Marc is the most recent addition to the team. He has deep roots in the Grand Valley and his artistic eye and attention to detail serves his clients well.
When Marc isn't busy selling houses he is also a professional photographer. On his off-time you will find him with his family enjoying the local fishing holes or hunting spots.

Jessica is literally the machine behind our team. She is our file maven, making sure all of our T's are crossed and our I's are dotted. Her goal is to make our lives easier which results in a more enjoyable experience for our clients.
When she isn't working for us she is busy with her husband and 3 kiddos. Her and her husband also take in foster children. Her heart is big which means she truly cares for our team and our clients!

Margaret Csikos is a 18 year resident of Grand Junction,Colorado. Her family relocated from Las Vegas, Nevada where she graduated from the Institute Of Interior Design. With over 25 years in Interior Design, Margaret has applied Project Management and practical construction experience.
A family centered mother of four children, grandmother to four, and beloved Mom to her furry kids, Margaret values home as a sanctuary for family as well as a gathering place for friends.
